install WIN98.
nowadays, there are no virus on the web for 98. and then it's protected, like macOS.
no virus, no problem.

Smile 2003 Server x64 - also very unlikely to get bitten by a virus

But edfed is correct that never use mainstream - XP, Vista... - viruses are written for mainstream.
