Hello. It would be convenient if there was a directive to specify the output file name in the asm file or if an option could be added to one of the existing directives. That way it could be compiled into a different name from what the asm file is called.

You can set the name on the command line with the second parameter. Why do you need it done from the asm code?

This one program in particular is designed to be modified by third parties and assembled into BootImage.bin. Having a directive to specify BootImage.bin as the output file directly in the asm would minimize extra files and steps.
