I've seen one around the forums before, but I can't find it now nor can I find one online... Can someone please give me a link to instruction speeds for normal intel x86?

It's in one of the appendices of the Intel Manuals for the Intel chips...

I haven't seen one for AMD for quite awhile.

It's in the appendix C of their optimization guide : http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/TechnicalResources/0,,30_182_739_7044,00.html

Found another perspective on CPU timings:

http://swox.com/doc/x86-timing.pdf

Not as complete as Agner Fog's tables.
