From the sounds of that I'm guessing you don't want DOS. Well for networks its very simple to send infomation via sockets, check out winsock.
Communication through com ports should be possible. I know you can talk to a device on say, com1, by using createfile to open a file called "COM1". Then carry out comunication with read/writefile. |
