Fasm is just a programming tool. It's up to the programmer to decide how s/he will use it. If something can be done with a programming language it can be done with fasm.

no seriously. I just wanted to make sure FASM was better then the rest (being the fact that this doesn't support all pentium instructions) at hacking.

This topic will not be discussed here, but to give an quick answer to you question:
No, fasm it self cannot hack any thing.

It sounds like you don't really know what hacking is, I suggest you take a look here for an explanation:
