screen resolution that larger than wat your monitor could show.
eg. ur monitor could only do 1024x768
but you set the resolution to 1800x1440, something like that
ur desktop will occupies the 1800x1440 then ur screen will behave like movable.

yah, that is according from what i understood.

I only used it once on a W98 machine that had a monitor that couldn't support over 640x480 and the graphics card driver insisted on minimum resolution of 800x600.
