I'd like to put in a request for a "command line text option" for fasm/fasmw. You would select "command line text" option from the fasmw menu, then type in the command line parameters you program requires, then compile the code and have fasm insert the command line text when you run the program.
Maybe Tomasz could add this in the next release version.

Confused SS-SO Sad

Now we have -M, -P, -D ... I suggest adding -L (listing), and maybe 2 fields , one for D and one for L, into both FASMW and FASMD, but that's the end, I don't want a commandline mess, like for example LD has, in FASM Sad

Maybe you miss-understood what I'm saying. I'm not saying add another command line option to fasmw. What I'm saying is when developing a console application, I need this feature to keep from juggling console windows and from typing in a console apps parameters each and every time I want to test it.

YES Sad

Good idea to add this to FASMW and FASMD. Smile

OK, but this feature is suitable for IDEs only since the executable formats has no room for default arguments.

What you need is what OllyDbg has at Debug>Arguments.

I'll move this to IDE Development.
