i fixed this bug for vmwrite. You must patch "vmwrite_instruction" in "x86_64.inc":

[edit] try for fixing bug removed, it wasn't fully working either

hmm, looks like there is some confusion in intel manuals:

I think second argument CAN'T be memory, and first can be both memory and register. That means my bugfix in previous post is not good...

When they write "primary source operand", they actually mean the second operand.
Corrected it for both VMREAD and VMWRITE in 1.67.22.
