Do you use .rc scripts or fasm-macros for creating resources?

I wanna know how can I create dialogs, using fasm macros only!

I mean, I know that this is possible, and fairly easy!
But can I create every control with the macros?

resource.inc mentions only BUTTON,EDIT,STATIC,LISTBOX,SCROLLBAR
and COMBOBOX.

Please, besides participating in poll, answer this if you know:
How to create other exotic controls?

Looks like I can safely use .rc scripts, most of you like them.

I don't use fasm's macroses for creating dialog, with them it's a lot of problems. More precisely, not problems, instead of completions. On mine, use RC-scripts together with the editor of resources is more optimum.
