yes, there is plenty of guys with this registration date on phpBB boards. I believe it is just lack of checking date entered by user somewhere

But, the registration date is not entered by user nor the post date. Something is going wrong with the server's date or a bug in PHP.

Confirming.
(my shot is 15x smaller and nicer ![]() ![]() Also, the forum is frequently slow as hell ... I don't think it is related to Tomasz's lack of time for FASM development (as someone wrote elsewhere) ... but would be nice if it could be fixed ![]()

Note that the bug with the heap area happens randomly (at least I never saw it with my own account) so we can talk about HDD failures too. BTW, Tomasz do you have you own backups of this forum right? It would be a big pity if this big knowledge base get lost. PS: And no, there is no hidden input with the user's date ![]() |

I've also noticed random slowtimes and even downtimes of flatassembler.net. It could be the mysql. I've noticed some pretty funky things happen in the past when visiting sites that have low HD space running on their mysql server. There have also been a few times i've seen some of the raw php code for the forums. SQL failure, bad bandwidth, old php version, phpbb bugs, and other things could be the cause. HD errors wouldn't suprise me, especially because we've had plenty of posts, and from some of the debates here, we have also had plenty of information in these posts aswell. Perhaps it is almost time to take a big search for pointless threads and moving them.

Yes, I'm sure a few of us also saw that earlier today, but it's (obviously) fixed, for now at least!

PNGs are really a gif replacement and not a jpeg replacement.
