Hey people.
I looked for this question in the linux faq but couldn't find anything...
How do u usually debug your linux fasm programs? I used to use gdb for C programs ,
but It was supported by gcc with the -g flag.
Maybe there's a way to configure it to work with gdb?

thanks for your help,
bar.

FASM doesn't have support for symbolic information.

For 32bit programs there is ALD, for 64bit programs you have FDBG

Although fdbg for Linux AMD64 supports debug symbols, it has also a help file where you can find tricks how to debug without debug symbols a bit easier (close at the end of the file, it's the same in 32-bit as well 64-bits).
ald is very good and powerfull, I used to use it for 32-bit Linux.
