Can you write a quadratic equation?
Of course. Smile Here you have example of quadratic equation in three variables:

x² + y² = z²

and here cubic in three variables:
p³ + q³ = r³

It isn't a secret. Smile This forum allows to use Unicode characters. Hence we could use special characters such as diacritics for all European languages, we could write in Greek, Arab, Hebrew and Cyrillic scripts. There are some mathematical symbols also, for example exponents equal to 2 and 3.

² symbol code U+00B2 (178 dec)
³ symbol code U+00B3 (179 dec)

Open such text editor as OpenOffice Writer for example and choose 'Insert > Special Character'. From character table, which you will see, you can take wanted characters.

Click them and push 'OK' button. Then you will see chosen characters in the text editor window. Copy & paste them into your message. Very Happy
