Then you might be able to help one of the forum members -- again.

Going to watch the movie tonight or tomorrow night.

Wink

i don't think it is available on the internet yet, 720p or 1080p,

watching it in handy cam version will most likely spoil the entire film, and first impression Embarassed Embarassed Embarassed

Watched it last night.

It was a deeply-philosophical language lesson for thinkers. If the plot did not put the blame on China and Russia for nearly starting a war with the aliens, the story would be perfect.

(How come an American would always turn out to be the world-saving hero/heroine?)

Reminds me of the Hurt Locker (2008).

You should expect that from an American flick. Wink

For DC fans, there's 2016 Suicide Squad. To be honest I only watched it for the Harley Quinn and Joker scenes, because they are by far my two most favorite villains. Margot Robbie and Jared Leto are very good actors. And despite what many critics have said, I think Leto's Joker is on a par with Ledger's and Nicholson's.
Still it's too bad Harley Quinn didn't look like the original one from the comics.

Some Harley Quinn and Joker scenes
... and some more (I just can't resist the temptation hehe)

Another movie: Drive. A neo-noir crime film from a few years back (2011) with a great eighties-inspired retro soundtrack. Very well done!

The acting by the lead actress, Amy Adams, is top-notch. Unfortunately, she did not get the nomination for best actress in the coming Oscar.

I was a bit disappointed by Passengers. The story line is too simple, even silly.

I have not watched Arrival yet. But I know a bit about the story line, which is far more sophisticated.

There is a big difference between their ratings:

Passengers: 31%

Arrival: 94%

I saw Passengers last night. I overall liked it, i think it was adventurous and funny, the CGI part was awesome, plus there was this rad bartender dude. i knew he won't keep his mouth shut. Smile
