Classical wonderful science fiction, it's been 20 years since the first time I saw it. I saw it again a couple years ago.
There's also a 2008 TV-mini series remake of the The Andromeda Strain.

The Tunnel (2011) directed by Carlo Ledesma, is a low budget Australian indie horror movie.
Set in the underground network of abandoned railway tunnels in Sydney.
Fans of Paranormal Activity, Blair Witch Project & Rec will love this one.

U.S. Government uses this film to train managers on consensus and group decision making. Excellent film.

Even though most fasm forumers do not appreciate this movie thread, I will keep recommending films that I consider truly outstanding.

Chinatown, a 1974 classic, has been called one of the greatest films ever made.

Here is probably the best scene (in English) of the film:

You can watch the entire movie (in Español) here.

It is time for me to recommend some highly-regarded Hong Kong movies. Razz

A Better Tomorrow, a 1986 action film, is now considered one of the best Chinese motion pictures ever made.

You may watch the entire movie (with English subtitle) here.

Flash Point, a 2007 film, is an action police story that is tightly packed with lots of martial arts elements. Note that the violence involved may not be the cup of tea of those naive forum members.

You may watch the entire movie (with English subtitle) here.

I watched a remarkable awful movie called Area 51.
It's by far the worst film i saw the last 10 years. Words can't describe. Aliens are afraid a tiny lens with blue light. Hilarious Smile

Salo (or the 120 days of sodom) is an 1975 film directed by Pier Paolo Pasolini.
It is based on the famous novel by the Marquis De Sade, and the story is updated from 1700's France to WWII Italy.
A rough and disturbing sick film, some find ridiculous while others an art masterpiece. My feelings are mixed after watching this film.

I call your "worst film", and raise you, with this Dossier 51,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dossier_51
an absolutely dreadful, French movie from the 70's, which I watched, back then, in Paris.

In those dark years, Alain Resnais was one of the most popular directors, and his movie, Last Year at Marienbad, another masterwork of somnolence, served as model, I suppose, for Dossier 51.

http://www.newwavefilm.com/french-new-wave-encyclopedia/last-year-at-marienbad.shtml

Oh, I see. We are supposed to recommend a good movie, ah, very well: how about this one:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ch%C5%ABshingura

chushingura is a very famous story in Japan, and there are several versions of this movie. I have seen most of them, and like them all. My personal favorite has Toshiro Mifune in a tiny, bit role, with a fantastic scene, one of my favorite in all cinema, where he is attacked, from two sides simulataneously, while riding in an enclosed sedan chair (palanquin). Haha. Great scene.

Toshirō Mifune was a renowned Japanese actor who appeared in numerous feature films and TV series. Here is a classic featuring Toshirō Mifune in the leading role: Seven Samurai.

Here is a clip/trailer.
