Hello:

is there a way to conditionaly preprocess based on types like:

Code:

macro foo [param]
{
   match "",param \{ do something\}
}

so the 'do something' gets preprocessed only for parameters that are quoted strings?

thanks.

thanks Mr. Graysztar:

Code:

macro check symbol
{
 match `symbol,symbol \{ display "It's the quoted string" \}
}

sorry for thank you so late but since I check the link I was trying to get a macro to work with this feature but it didn't work.
then i found the fasmpre utility but I get a error with the code above.
then i found an update at:
http://board.flatassembler.net/topic.php?t=5644

and i was able to detect the problem.
so i'm gonna post a new thread with this macro that I think is useful.

thanks again!
