What is new with Menuet32? Anything added (compared to 0.79pre) or what?

Could they both share the "new" GUI or at least would be interchangable or skinnable? Just a thought.

The idea is to have compatibility in as many levels as possible. M32-0.82B is out !

Now trouble with the new, safer, MenuetOS. http://www.menuetos.net/058a.png
I suggest you all start testing your skills with SSE and see how much you can crank out of MenuetOS 0.58B (64). With minimal use of memory variables the efficiency of caches and the new Core architecture will provide a very agile platform to program in assembly. The 16 GPR+16 SSE registers+8 MMX/FPU registers will give you all you need to get started! |
