what programming launguae i should use?
what tools(eidtors, compilers what soever neccessary) i should use?
othe informations you think it will be useful to me

Compilers for C, C++ and windows - MS VC Toolkit 2003 or MS VC 2005 Express, Platform SDK
IDE for MS VC Toolkit - Code::Blocks

For asm - FASM
