Download FASM 1.67, unzipped it and attempted to run a couple of test programs. They all failed with the message that they couldn't find the included file. I've looked and don't see anyplace to specify the location of those files ...

Did I miss something?

You should set INCLUDE-enviroment variable, read fasm.pdf for more info or search forums.
