You can get the DirectX help files from... *drumroll*... the DirectX SDKs available at Microsoft.
If you want for older versions, then you might need to resort to google. And yes, those downloads are pretty large. I don't think the license allows redistributing just the .chm/.chi files, then again I don't think Microsoft particularly cares. |
