Code:
macro SomeAddressBasedMacro
 {
  dd $
 }

virtual at 0
 SomeAddressBasedMacro     ; goes fine
end virtual

virtual
 SomeAddressBasedMacro     ; this too
end virtual

virtual at eax
 SomeAddressBasedMacro     ; <- error here
end virtual

Tomasz explained this here.
Question: Is there a simple way to detect the inaccessibility of $ symbol inside of macro? (without redefinition of 'virtual' directive). Something like:
if defined $
...
end if
(In fact, manual says that defined "checks whether the given expression contains only symbols that are defined in the
source and accessible from the current position", but in this case it doesn't).
