i need write a aplication that get data and put data to port ( COM ,LPT, PCI .....)(try understand i mean) .
how can i do in menuetos?

you may use any language you know but:
- executable size will be much more greater
- you loose right to include your program into official distribution

i mean, if you'll not use asm (actually fasm)
