Bochs 2.4.5 refused to boot without the padding and same happened with the Virtualbox.
I think this has something to do with floppy image recoqnition of those emulators.

Besides padding is not a big task to do.

My tests were just quick tests on those emulators. I prefer using real PC's
over the emulators.
