what do you want to do with it?

blink leds, play notes, music?

i whould suggest ATMEL AVR

it has built in ram, program loader flash memory, cpu, system bus, it is a high performance risc architecture with 20MIPS at 20MHz
available also in TQFP package

Sorry, I thought that you are a bot because you was posting the exactly the same several times.

Perhaps you are looking for http://www.intel.com/design/pentiumii/manuals/243192.htm ?

About chipsets datasheets unfortunatelly not all manufacturers releases such data. If you have a mobo with AMD chipset you can download the datasheet of them at AMD website.
