Interesting, what is the purpose of this bot? It constantly ask for datasheets on a very improper subforum.

what do you want to do with it?
blink leds, play notes, music? i whould suggest ATMEL AVR it has built in ram, program loader flash memory, cpu, system bus, it is a high performance risc architecture with 20MIPS at 20MHz available also in TQFP package |
