Is it possible to make a DLL call it's own proc? If yes, how?

Yep. Even the dllmain proc and any exported and internal proc.

But don't forget, that Microsoft does not recommend to call from DLLMain function LoadLibrary. Read more at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms682583.aspx
