I wonder how I can mimic the AT 0x100000000 from as in

FORMAT ELF64 EXECUTABLE AT 0x100000000

line when using multiple objet files assembled with fasm and linked together with ld. I have tries the -Ttext 0x100000000 which works half the way since it create an extremely huger executable file.
