Will appreciate any info, related to this subject - Elliptic Curves and their applications in cryptography. If there any open source projects on this topic or anything else, PLEASE give me to know, i REALLY need this stuff (will use it in my diploma).

There'a nice book by Milne available for direct download here:

The other book I'd recommend is "The Arithmetic of Elliptic Curves" by Joseph H. Silverman, it's more a pure theory however.

Thanks, Tomasz! Just have downloaded this material... Will read it attentively. Also, does anyone know are there any applied souce or libs (with source) or just open projects based on ECC (elliptic curves crypto)?
