Hello,
I am giving you free Subdomains for your
projects private homepages.

e.g. http://yourname.fasm.info

if you want a domain go to
http://fasm.info

Thanks to RedGhost for donating
for this project.

Note: It takes from 1min up to 6hrs before the DNS Entry
works correctly. It's because of the DNS-Pool Cache.
Sorry for that. I will set up 4 DNS Servers which have 2sec
Update time.

If somebody is good with programming in PHP or CGI/PERL
and has some time, he can help me programming a web-
interface for the fasm.info DNS Management (for FAsm users
and for the Admin, me) - Maybe we will need a DNS Manager
if the size of the Members Group exceeds 200.

What do you think?
Could we get 200 Users? Laughing

Greetings!

This is a community supported project, donate if you can.

Maybe you should limit the domains to fasm forum members only.

Thanks sylwek32!
I think it will encourage people to get their websites up and share projects with the FASM community!
Nice idea!
You could also link to FASM users projects from that page so it will become great repository of libraries, examples, tutorials and done projects for FASM! Cool

Tomorrow I'll have a close look and get my account! Very Happy

Just one question:
Is it a host (so I can host my html files) or just a domain (redictor for another url, to get a short and beutifull url)?

EDIT:

Looks cool. But is it already a host?

@vid: I'm lazy too, but I've been telling myself that I should get my website up, to contribute with tutorials, sources for begginers, and share with the world my projects. (Also a cool way to self-promote and share curriculum for jobs).
I seems next week I'll have some time...
time to get a good html editor... Rolling Eyes

FreeDNS doesn't provide hosting. So it's just a redirection service.

it is very nice ideas, but i believe project author will have to handle this ourselves. Maybe i should make some read-before-posting announcement in Projects section about this webspace, and encourage users to host their projects at your site.

also you could PM people who have alive projects to host them at yours'

Hello, I try to set a subdomain at this website...

obviously, without FTP connection for each user, it can be very very
long time to set a folder & copy some FASM programs & copy an index web page.
I would be so proud to have some programs hosted inside a "FASM related web site"...

-----------------
The 3 files that could be hosted at remyvincent.fasm.info . sorry for the Tasm.zip & Nasm.zip files, but I think it can be usefull to FASM programers too...
-----------------
http://www.geocities.com/remyvincent/RVEduExamples-forFasm.zip
http://www.geocities.com/remyvincent/RVEduExamples-forNasm.zip
http://www.geocities.com/remyvincent/RVEduExamples-forTasm.zip

-----------------
The index.htm page
-----------------
Hello, I'm RemyVincent and you can download this FASM programs :<BR>
<A HRef="http://remyvincent.fasm.info/RVEduExamples-forFasm.zip" >RVEduExamples-forFasm.zip<A><BR><BR>

You could also download this programs for other assemblers than fasm :<BR>
<A HRef="http://remyvincent.fasm.info/RVEduExamples-forNasm.zip" >RVEduExamples-forNasm.zip<A><BR>
<A HRef="http://remyvincent.fasm.info/RVEduExamples-forTasm.zip" >RVEduExamples-forTasm.zip<A><BR><BR>

My main web site is :
<A HRef="http://www.geocities.com/remyvincent/" >geocities.com/remyvincent/<A><BR><BR>

I have also a specific web site
<A HRef="http://perso.orange.fr/remy.vincent4/" >My Shareware Programs<A>
!!<BR><BR>

...I have also an outdated "Mirror site" web site :
<A HRef="http://www.multimania.com/remyvinc" >multimania.com/remyvinc<A> ( outdated, but I dream to use the PHP & SQL options )

Of course I can help.

I think we could have a fasmforge.fasm.info or something, to be similar to sourceforge.net, but for FASM projects.
I'm planning on creating a use.fasm.info, that I'll create tutorials, snippets, complete example applications, and an usefull links section.

Just to let you know, there is a free PHP script that is almost exactly like the SourceForge software. I forgot the link though. It's used by CakeForge (for the CakePHP framework) and MamboForge (for the Mambo CMS project).

Hi, sylwek32!
I need information on how to setup an account, and if I need to host the files somewhere else or it can be hosted at this server (and if I can use FTP).
