Have you tried this free vbe/af link?

I wonder if it's possible to programm kernel which should support redistributable directx library from m$ (or use those from wine/reactos) -> then native nvidia/ati drivers (*.sys/dll) would be supported

I would think so. I don't know how, but I suspect if you can use PE format and potentially some windows software interfaces you could.
