Since so many have given so much help to me (and to you all, I thank!) I feel as though it would be good if I gave something back to the community, so I have decided to get together some of my favorite links dealing with what this subject is on!

QBasic:
http://www.petesqbsite.com <- Good for graphics info!
http://www.freebasic.net <- A more modern (and open source) version of QuickBasic!

ASM:
http://www.doorknobsoft.com/ <- A good old favorite of mine, taught me some ASM in TASM syntax!
http://www.csn.ul.ie/~darkstar/assembler/ <- A very helpful, detailed 16-bit ASM tutorial
http://www.las.sa.edu.au/it/assembler/ <- I found this helpful, it shows how to program using the MS-DOS program DEBUG
http://thestarman.dan123.com/asm/index.html <- Another site about DEBUG
http://www.baldwin.cx/386htm/c17.htm <- A good site with high-level explainations of ASM opcodes.

VB.NET:
http://www.vbprogramming.8k.com/ <- A very good intro to VB.NET that I used to get started!

Game Programming:
http://www.gamedev.net/ <- Has plenty of helpful articles on Game Programming.
http://www.devmaster.net/ <- Thanks to The_Grey_Beast for this one!
http://www.ultimategameprogramming.com/ <- Another good site I forgot to put up.

Well, that's all I really have for now! I hope you enjoy!

May be you have heard about a web site only dedicated to CGA graphic mode
(good old 620x200 pixels Black & White graphic mode)...

The point is that all other GRAPHIC MODE lower your IQ so much, always for reasons not very simple to understand... that's why I am searching for a web site only dedicated to CGA graphic mode ! Thank you!!!!!!

You forgot to put "www.devmaster.net" after gamedev.. it's a pretty cool site with some good articles and 3d engine database. Also I might send/write some tutorials there, but it seems they haven't replied 'till now. One of them tutorials is in progress and is about circle-triangle intersection.

ps: my method doesn't involve square roots, nor precalculation of normals, etc.. and I write articles to be easy to understand, not to make you copy&paste sources. Trust me, I know how it is to understand from those "heavy-math-oriented" articles. Math is very powerful, but diagrams and examples always help a lot! that's my opinion Wink

sorry for offtopic

btw: what do you mean by "lower your IQ"

You know what it is... for example, you read a FASM topic about drawing a LINE pixel by pixel, and you wish you type it and test it to improove your knowledge.. and then, unfortunatly the ENERGY is not there and you can't type 100% of the posted code... WHY the IQ have lowered ??? My opinion is that Graphic Mode use too much brain cells, so it's very very difficult to program difficult algorithms in graphic mode, EXCEPT if you try in good old CGA 640x200 mode.

THAT'S THE POINT, cells are not killed, but given to another task than programming... For example, if you start a program in VGA Graphic Mode, millions and millions of brain cells starts to be used by other tasks, linked with Colors and Graphic stuff : Be a photograph, be a painter, be a scientis drawing statitics, etc. But IN FACT all those brain cells ahve not been"killed", just given to other task than programming, just because HIGH Graphic Mode is a like hole making you fall!!!!!!!!
