I'm pretty sure these are missing from includes:

Hand-shaped icon.
IDI_INFORMATION
Asterisk icon.
IDI_WARNING
Exclamation point icon.
IDI_SHIELD
Security Shield icon.

Many constants and structures are missing. Just add them manually.

And keep reporting the missing elements so the official FASM includes can be as complete as possible.

It already happend once (some two years ago) but the missing structure was never added. Tomasz may have been too busy at that time and missed the post, I don't know.
But if it's really necessary I could report the missing stuff as soon as I can.
