Hello, Tomasz!
For instructions:
use32
mov eax, dword [dword 0ffffh]
mov eax, dword [word 0ffffh]
mov dword [dword 0ffffh], eax
mov dword [word 0ffffh], eax

FASM generates:
A1 FF FF 00 00
A1 FF FF ; it's a bug, because prefix 67h is needed.
A3 FF FF 00 00
67 A3 FF FF
