Is there some one how knows how i can test my programing skills, what level. Mabye there is any site who has some kind of Programing Challenge?? someone?

http://hackergames.net/ lists a lot of such sites, for example, http://acm.uva.es/problemset/
See also http://www.programming-challenges.com/ or http://mcpc.cs.rockhurst.edu/archives.html
None of these are about assemly language programming, though.
