Hello,

I have been reading about RIP addressing mode in x64 and all is clear except in which instructions RIP can be used.

I can make for example:

mov al, [RIP + 34h]

But can I use RIP with other instruction operands like:

mov al, [RIP + RBX + 34h] ???

Thanks,
Alorent

X86-64 doesn't support encodings like that. RIP can only be used by itself or with an immediate offset.
