Of course DOS doesn't have any notion of local/UTC time zones, so there is not any choice one can make there. Fortunately the number of users of DOS are in the minority Wink

I prefer the UTC timestamp. It means no matter where I am in the world I can always have a fixed reference point to know when the exe was last assembled.
