I got a little fed up of 'grepping' #defines that I needed in my asm files so I created a tiny perl script to do the job for me. Just thought I would share this incase any of you have the same problem. (I am not a perl programmer, so please forgive the code).

It currently only works by grabbing numerical #defines, feel free to improve this.

USAGE: ./extract.pl header.h > out.inc

Hope this helps.
