I think it's the monitor for sure. Windows driver checked out Ok. all adaptor defined vesa modes also checked out Ok. I'm just too lazy to find another monitor for this computer 'cause I just spend too much time and money keeping my good computers uptodate.

NB. This monitor is very old one now.

Besides the lack of maximize button.

The are some issues with multimonitor.

- The Choose font, About, New, and Open dialogs appear center on the default monitor instead on the center of the the monitor that the IDE is. This does not happens with the IDE options and Editor Options dialogs wich correctly appear in the monitor that the IDE is.

- When Using Window->Floating Window, the IDE changes from the monitor that it is to the default monitor and back forth

i will just disable sticky/announcement status. I don't go to IDE dev very much, and i missed these until now.
