I'm trying to load a gif life from resource then display it in WM_PAINT. i've searched this forums and people have made reference to GifLib.inc and GifLib.asm which i do not have. There was a post by "JohnFound" which contained these files however i do not have the "msgutils.asm" file required and few more that are supposed to be in the libs folder of the FASM directory (i don't have a Libs directory). could any one help me by giving me those includes or telling me where i could them or possibly just copy and paste the proc's required for my objective here?

i seem to have found everything i need in the Fresh include directory. ill post back if i have any problems.

DDRAW example in FASM package contains code you need.

calpol2004, you can use OleLoadPicture for loading and displaying gif's
