blink is a linker for dos program.

I can't download blink in above site.

It's under construction now.

Can anybody upload it?

Does it have to be Blink and not something else?

If you just need any good ol' linker for DOS, try WarpLink or Val or ALink, which all come with source (MASM, TCC, and GCC/MSVC, respectively).
