this is the code in nasm
it makes the segment 512 bytes long

how can i do this in fasm??

it should work with:
times 512-($-the_start_address_of_the_segment) db 0
or: (i.e. the same result)
times (the_start_address_of_the_segment+512)-$ db 0

where you replace the_start_address_of_the_segment with either the start address of the segment or put the label name of some label defied at the start of the segment.
