You have to specify the main entry offset lik this:

entry main:0000h

Using the entry directive actually allows you to give any name to your main entry point. You also don't need the colon and 0000h.

entry main:0000h
entry TheMainLoopOfMyProgram

These two do the exact same thing. Just a handy little advantage of pure flat binary output.
