Whether you can make all include like this
%fasminc% or %finc% .. but with %include% I have trouble with my Visual Studio .In addition %fasminc% or somethings similar will make more specific for FASM .
Just a small suggestion .

Overided it in the fasmw.ini (if you use the fasmw).
For the console version, well I can partially agree with you (only that I only have fasm in my include env var, so I'm not troubled by it but I can see how it's for other people)
