Hi, I've written an alternative NSIS installer script for Fresh.
It has the following features:

• it gets the program files path;
  
• sources installation is optional;
  
• shorcuts on: desktop, start menu, quicklaunch (all optional);
  
• fancy checkboxes ;P
  
• everything can be safely removed by hand.
  

If you want it is here. Just extract the zip archive in the fresh root directory and run NSIS compiler on fresh.nsi to get the self-installing .exe.
