You need to format you floppy and try to puting it on the disk again, as it seems not to have put the boot sector on. you can not run programs like this from windows, you need to restart in dos and than try them.
If you want to run them from windows you should try the emulator "DOSBox" http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/news.php?show_news=1 |

Many thanks for the info. It ran on dosbox. Too bad it can't run on Windows.
