Hey Tomasz, your work is great and nice with this open source engine .
but i'm sure that's many people (like me) can't read though all the huge source code of fasm, and can't understand your work ! So as Fasm is a open source prog for development perpose, it's more flexibility and easy for user if IDE come with Fasm allow us writing our own plugins. By this, user must not understanding all your source, they only know about functions exported, using them and writing prog that's useful for themself or for other ! Smile

The plugin support has been planned for a long time (see http://board.flatassembler.net/topic.php?t=76) I just need to dedicate some time to finally implement it.

Yes, I think it will be great! Very Happy

I can't read large source code too, because I'm a hobbist programmer with few time and never coded a big project (Fasm itself is a very complex project).

I think the support for plugins will be great so the users can improve the editor and share it with other users (and live the core development for the ones with more knowledge/time).

I also think that when this engine work it'll be easier to create a great IDE on top of FASMW. You see: Fresh is becoming a nice IDE, because it has great developers. But it is growing very slow.
With the support for plugins every coder from begginer to advanced with be able to contribute and create a better IDE.
