I have downloaded, and written MenuetOS to a floppy diskette. After booting it up, I saw that there is an IRC Client on there. I was wondering how I can access the internet to use it. If someone can help, that would be greatly appreciated by me.

That didn't actually help me. I have a network hooked up between the four computers here. I have the cable and everything for it, So I figured I could plug it in, and then go to a setting and set it up. What could I do?

I'm not sure what version of MenuetOS floppy you have, but this what i tested on my PC can work only with this ethernet cards:

If you don't have one from this list i can't help you.

But developement of it freezed.. I've heard that author stopped interesting on it, or it is is wrong information?
