Could any of you recomend an help file to use with the IDE?

If anyone could state a helpfile I got a really good Idea to the IDE...

What if it could tell right in the IDE how much each instruction took in
clock cycles. Wouldn't that be cool. And optimization would be easier
than ever.

But first you'll need a good help file that says all that.
