Program version 1.61.13 says its version 1.61.12

You should also change the copyright notice from 2004 to 2005 in the help-menu/about

Besides, you should update FASM.TXT & FASM.PDF:

I update such details only for the "stable" releases (the 1.xx where xx is even number).
