ronware, yes, I agree it's worth the extra size to not inconvenience people. No sense in making them get all the pieces themselves. However, I do think it's funny including an icon that's 4k itself! Laughing That's TetrOS + LocOS + para512 + sudoku62 + cdpod + lfndir + c02 right there! Very Happy

I tried beginning to study Forth about a year or two ago; I didn't get too far (dunno, lost momentum, too many other things to do I guess), but I basically remember these: swap ! @ rot 2over dup . .s emit bl cell create pick roll nip tuck ." .(

I just couldn't pass up an opportunity to download yet another compiler/interpreter (or whatever ... [ ] defer create does turnkey). Kudos! Wink

This release is much more stable than 6.1; it has more words, is faster, and incorporates many bug fixes and user suggestions. Find it here:

Reva 9.0 is released. This is the first "stable" release of 2009, hence the version number jump.

The changes since 7.0 are many - too many to list here. As always, Reva is released to the Public Domain (or equivalent outside the US)

Reva 9.0.2 is released. It's a parting of the ways, in that I have abandoned FASM for NASM to write the core. The reason is that as of 9.0.2, Reva runs on Mac OS/X as well as Windows and Linux, and the FASM support for Mac is not there yet.

New release 9.0.11 is here:

http://dev.ronware.org/p/reva/wiki?name=9.0.11

It has more IUP updates and lots of other tweaks and fixes. It is the last of the 9.x series; I am going to start making fewer but more meaningful changes now (rapid database app development, for instance).

Version 2011.1

Get it here: http://dev.ronware.org/p/reva

The newest release of Reva is ready. It includes a fair number of bug
fixes, performance improvements and new libraries/words. As usual,
the ZIP file distribution includes binaries for Windows, Mac OS/X and
Linux.

Enjoy!
