just an idea, but if people make enough different format players (wav, mp3, etc) maybe they could put them all into one special program for MenuetOS like WinAMP. So MenuetOS would have a neat multi-format media player

I don't know if this will help, but i've found some win32-CLI mp3 player with decoder etc. Source inluded, but in C++..

So MenuetOS would have a neat multi-format media player sure, and we could port it to dos, and windows, and linux too, if many developers were on the job, it whouldnt be so much time, paralleling the work is the best thing to speed up development. well, winamp is there too, but it cannot edit for example. |
