FASM.EXE has one minor problem with error message.

ANSI code page instead of OEM it in file path/name are present.

e.g.:

flat assembler version 1.60
c:\NotEnglishText\example.asm [3]:
mob ax,1
error: illegal instruction.

Absent CharToOemBuff !!

mob is an illegal instruction, I think. Or have you done it on purpose?

This example is taken from the file FASM.PDF. It only for an example.
I wish to tell, that for not English paths and comments, their text is displayed in the wrong coding.
